m-tec recently won an architectural metalwork contract with The Outlook Creative Group for Medtronic who wanted to create a large (2.5m diameter) steel sculpture based on their corporate icon to stand outside their Customer Innovation Centre in Galway.
The design is a physical representation of Medtronic’s iconic ‘rising person’ symbol. The sculpture took our Special Projects team 8 weeks to fabricate from 2205 Duplex Stainless Steel before completing the structure with a bead-blasted finish.
