The aircraft is a representative of British design and engineering where much of SCC’s work is digital engineering but exploring the same skills as earlier generations did in our aero industry. m-tec and WEC designed and produced the structure to support the aircraft and to display it in its optimum position.
m-tec and WEC Group were involved in the project to place a vintage Hawker Hunter aircraft in a prime position in the front of SCC Birmingham’s Technology Park which fronts its Global Headquarters.
Sir Peter Rigby DL, Executive Chairman of Parent Company Rigby Group said – “I can say that as a client we are delighted with the quality of work on the various projects that we have given to WEC and of the manner in which they have been formulated and managed.”
